Our selection of coffee comes from Daye Bensa Farm and Shantawene Washing Station, where plots are grown at altitudes ranging from 2,100 to 2,210 meters above sea level, under the shade of ancient trees. Each batch is identified with the name of a star, creating a universe of coffees that represents the diversity and quality of production.
