A Journey from the Heart of El Salvador

San Francisco Farm, the heart of the Salaverria family's coffee enterprise, goes beyond just producing coffee. It protects a forest reserve, donated to El Salvador's national forestry association to conserve a unique and exotic habitat.

Nestled in the fertile volcanic soils of Apaneca – Ilamatepec, at altitudes of 1,350-1,450 meters above sea level, the farm practices shade-grown coffee cultivation. Here, mature coffee cherries are hand-picked, ensuring the highest quality typical of specialty coffees.
