This batch follows a natural aerobic maceration process. In the cup it is clean, bright and somewhat floral with notes of roasted hazelnut and milk chocolate.
No chemical solvents are used.

Passport

This coffee is grown between 1149 and 1150 mslm. It is a blend of the Laurina and Aramosa varieties. Daterra farms are synonymous with excellence because of its temperate climate and fertile soils, respect for the environment and from monitoring a program of sustainable production processes.
