On the Rock - Build Method (without Shaker)
Ingredients:
30 ml red vermouth
30ml bitters
20 ml Drink 124, best cold brew
splash soda to taste
Procedure: pour all the ingredients into the glass, Drink 124, ice, mix and if necessary add ice to fill. A lowball glass is recommended

Ingredients:
40 ml smooth vodka
10ml regular/vanilla syrup
100 ml Drink 124, best cold brew
to taste splash soda or tonic water
Procedure: vodka and syrup in the glass and immediately add ice, Drink 124 and soda. Mix gently and add ice to fill. A long drink glass is recommended

Ingredients:
45ml rye whisky
7.5 ml cocoa liqueur
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml maple syrup
float at will by Drink 124, best cold brew
Procedure: pour the pre-mixed contents into whole milk (20%), wait for it to curdle and then filter and leave to rest for about an hour. At the time of service it is recommended to add approximately 50ml drink 124 in float (on top of the closing drink) Garnish coffee chocolate

40 ml scotch whiskey - we recommend 1/2 Talisker and 1/2 Johnnie Walker black label
50 ml Drink 124, best cold brew
25 ml red vermouth
7.5 ml frangelico or home made hazelnut liqueur
Procedure: pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass, swirl gently and pour into the glass with ice
